Reline or Replace Barrel?
to start out with we are talking about a shooter nothing special if you where going to have a pistol restored and the inside of the barrel was a sewer would you have it relined or replace? the second question would be where would or could you get this done and about what would it cost? thanks for everyones help in advance

That involves extending the chamber (which means special chambering reamer, several tries fitting & removing, possibly some lathe work). Time is money. If you can find someone who relines, that may actually be cheaper.
