Too little information to even begin to identify. The Germany marking on the side is common for guns exported in the 1920s-30s, but it could have been made much earlier.
Information needed to begin with is: 1) is the chamber dated on top? 2) what is the marking on the toggle? 3) what is the serial number? 4)are there any other distinctive markings? There are more questions but that information would be a start toward identification. Photos would be the most informative.

Earl:
A commercial Luger made by DWM, probably in the 1920's marked for export to the civilian market. Either 9mm or .30 Luger. A common model usually seen in the $500 to $1000 range. That's about as far out on the limb I'm goiing without better photos and info.
