Need help with a unit mark

I was contacted today with an opportunity to purchase a relatively nice 1910 DWM with this strap marking. I am curious of what the T.L means.

Train-Battaillon 13, Lazarett 12, Waffe Nr. 10. It's a rare mark.

Issued to a medical company of the 13th Train Battalion within the XIII. German Army Corps.

Jeff Noll has two listed in his book. Interesting both are 1910 DWM's to the same Regiment as yours. 13.T.L.4.2 and 13.T.L.9.11.
