Act of Valor

I went with my wife today to see the movie Act of Valor. It is about the Navy Seals. I would suggest if you have an opportunity please see this movie. Based on some of the correspondents I have had on this site, I believe that this movie will have a deep impact on you.

My wife's cousin was a Navy Seal, you might recall back last September, 19 Seals made the ultimate sacrifice. Petty Officer Matt Mason was one of these brave men. He is listed at the end of the movie, along with all of the Seals that have passed since 9/11.
