Pouch to ID

Here is a pouch which I think is for a MG tool kit? There is an ink stamp inside it, but I can't make it out.
Any thoughts?

Here is an action cover, but Not sure which gun it's for? The protective cover for the bolt handle is on the left side? It is marked, "L.C.C. & Co 1913" It's Definatley American, and has snaps on it.

Any ideas?
