Question appraisals

Is anyone on here qualified to appraise, give an idea of the worth or tell me what my Lugers would bring on the market from pictures? I acquired a few over the years from friends but it is so many years ago that I have no idea of their present worth. thanx

We can give you a fairly accurate ballpark calue based on what is moving, or not moving, these days, but I supect that a real appraisal will require a hands-on meeting. I believe that moderator Tinker and Co. does appraisals.

So I could post pictures and you guys could guesstimate for me? You see, I would not know the proper name other than to say Luger. thanx

Will send pics beginning on Monday of various Lugers and holsters. Also, is there a P 38 guru on here. I have three or five that I would not mind being looked at. I acquired these when a Luger buff friend needed to sell one to buy another one. He called it "creative financing" . LOL He has since passed and now they are all mine. I am not anxious to sell at all but am curious as to their value. thanx

I hope you meant that as "..."creative financing" . LOL ..." and not "... LOL He has since passed and now they are all mine..."

You got it right the first time. It was meant as that is what he called "creative financing". In other words, he sold one gun in order to buy another. It is not a laugh that he is gone. thanx
