Many times these websites and website polls and sign up sheets do little.

I feel that a direct email to your state senator and congressman is a good choice to do this too.

I'm with you Ed. I e:mailed both my senators (not capitalized to stress my feelings) yesterday. I don't know if it will do any good, but my feelings are properly registered.

The site in the OP's post ( http://www.stoptraver.org/ ) has a link to the NRA email letter site. I sent my two Senators an email yesterday; got a form-letter response from both (at least they got them)...

And don't forget the U.N.s desire to take our II A rights via a global treaty the current administration most likely supports.

Maybe "Tinfoil Hats" aren't such a silly idea after all ??
