Default Portuguese magazine

Hello gents
I have a question about a magazine I picked up a few months ago. It had a broken follower bottom which I had fixed with parts from Tom at Lugerdoc. The tube has the correct markings for a Portuguese magazine, but Tom says the only pulls he had seen for these tubes are wood. I figured it was original due to the M stamp? Any ideas?
It now works flawlessly!
Thanks
Bob
