Just picked up my 1916 Erfurt last night. Haven't been to the range yet but was testing firing pin power by putting a pencil down the barrel eraser end first and pulling the trigger. The firing pin is moving the pencil ever so slightly.
I have 1911s that are all over the map on this pencil test. Got an SA XD that will stick a pencil in the overhead. My question is how hard do most P08s hit the primer? Is it usually this subtle? Thanks...
