Default 1918 DWM Front grip marking question

I am new here and this is my first post. I don't know if this is the correct area to ask or not. If it is not can someone please point me in the right direction as to where I should ask.

Anywho I found a 1918 DWM Luger under my grandfather's house after he past on. The gun was in a holster which was in a box for about 50 or so years. The gun does not seem to be in that good condition but I am curious as to the letters and numbers on the front of the grip. I have researched all the other markings on the gun but cannot find a place to look up the numbers on the front of the grip.

The gun is marked J.R.419.7.K.N.17.
Does anyone know what this means? Thank you anyone in advance for your help in this matter.

I also want to mention the holster is marked on the inside flap "ALBRECHT & NOLL" with the word "BERLIN" right under it with the date "1915" right under that. Does anyone know if this is a company name?
The gun also has the number 3149 on it with the letter "L" in cursuf under it on the barrel and the side of the gun. The numbers 49 are on alot of small parts threw out the gun aswell.
