A fellow collector up north asked me that very question. I am no help as I never sold one any of my guns especially in a restrictive state like N.J.

Eric, actually this question gets asked a lot, as I know I have answered it several times just myself.
Depends on what the person wants? They can sell to a local gun shop (lower amount they will most likely get than other ways) Sell on gunbroker or auction arms Sell to a member of the forums who has a collectors license. For MOST states, they can send the gun to a person who has a C&R or FFL 01 straight to them after payment; the caveat is that it does depend on your local laws; some states require it to go from dealer to dealer. I believe that in many states it can be sent directly to a license holder. Ed
