Default M95 Steyr-Mannlicher stützen short rifle

These have been on the market for a while and so cheap that I finally got one ($99.). It employs a straight-pull bolt and the Mannlicher en-bloc clip. This is the cleanest MILSURP rifle I have ever handled. Arsenal rebuilt (note repair to heel of stock), mismatched but new matching numbers stamped on everything. Barrel is probably a replacement because the bore is absolutely mirror perfect. Petite and light weight (6.8 lbs.), 19” barrel. An oddball caliber (8x56r) including bullet diameter (.329) – probably a factor in the low price - but Lee makes a die set, and brass as well as a variety of jacketed bullets are available. KFS
