WWII 1911 A1 Colt - a little help???

Hi folks,

I've been looking for a really nice example of a Colt manufactured 1911A1 (WWII) for a while. I bid on one about a year ago - and frankly - I'm not much of an "auction guy" (as you will see below

)

However - and PLEASE DO NOT BID AGAINST ME!!! - can someone with Colt collecting knowledge help me out?? I'm bidding on this item:

(Yea - that's me - "John D" - with ZERO feedback (HEH!!!) ) Does this Colt look correct? I have no reference books on 1911s - and another set of eyes would be great!!
