Evening - made my occasional not so good part of town pawnshop run last week, ended up with a beautiful 1963 Browning High Power and a FN Mauser in 30-06. Great condition, excellent shooter, question is on the left side of receiver are three cylindrical protrusions, the center one has threads. It appears to be an attachment for a scope. The gun has the classic Mauser flip safety. All markings are consistent with FN. I have photos but can't get them to post. They can be seen at hunt101 under axl. Any info about gun or attachments would be appreciated.
