Not to sure if i am in the right forum but here goes...So i keep finding Commercial grade 30 Lugers around here, never 9mm Lugers, unless you count one or two at the gun shows. But I have come across two 30's that are priced pretty nice, I have a 42 Luger in 9mm now, very happy with it. Love the way they shoot

I got my ammo from Samco. Best prices I found, Finnish military surplus IIRC. $0.30 each.
I am shooting my 7mm in a Luger Postal match this weekend. Mine is a very accurate gun. I found some new Winchester .30 Luger at Sportman's Warehouse in Colorado but it was $25 for 20 rounds on clearance.

Brandon,
I have shot both the Finnish ( Lapua ) and Fiocchi in many of my guns. The Finnish seems to be hotter, and shoots better. I have ordered from both SortsmanGuide and SAMCO and had no trouble with either! Mike ![]()

I bought several thousands of rounds of the Lapua stuff about 1.5 years ago when it was running about $ 15.00/50 rounds in quantities of 250.
My UPS guy did not smile at me for nearly 1 month after that delivery... I love the stuff as well and will have enough to satisify my "habit" for 30 luger until I am in the grave... ![]() |
