Default Safety Slipping - What to do ?

The safety catch on my 1940 "42" is "slipping".
Fortunately is is slipping from Fire To Safe.
( instead of the other way around)
When firing the weapon................
The lever slips from the Full Forward (Fire) to just slightly off the safe position.
It does not take much apparently to render the piece Un fireable "safe".

What to do ??
