Mauser HSC

I will be acquiring a Mauser HSC via trade soon. Wondering if I could get a little assistance. The Gun's Serial is (746319). Wondering if anyone knows approximately what time that puts this pistols manufacture. Proofs are 135 and eagle/N. From my understanding this was standard war time production proofs.

Another question I have is, the person who I will be trading with, said the guns springs are the same as the low grip screw version HSC's and not the later guns? Can anyone clarify?

Any info would be great!
