Value of this 1920 Wiemar police 9mm?

Any information greatly appreciated! I am an FFL dealer in San Diego.
This Luger is currently listed on Auction Arms - www.auctionarms.com - as Item number 7820826.
I am total neophyte in the Luger department, but I'm learning fast!
My basic questions are:
1. Is it all original?
2. Has it been partially or totally reblued/restored.
3. What is it worth? I.E. "It is what it is, and I do not want to misrepresent it in any way, shape, or form.
