Default Arty Repro Boards *pictures added*

Numrich seems to have in stock the reproduction boards and hdwr for the arty's. I got mine on Friday and had a chance over the weekend to use it. I was pleased with it. The fit is good and there was no wiggle between the gun and the board.

Steve, I ordered mine yesterday and I jsut got an email saying it's shipped. I decided to get the cheap holster set-up too, just for the heck of it.

The stock looks nice. I can't wait to try it out.

Yo man. I got the stock and holster today and I'm very happy with it. It's not what I'd call "top-of-the-line" but it'll get the job done for $45.

It doesn't come with the stuff to attach the holster and stock together though. I'm going to have to get in touch with Jerry for that, I guess.

I noticed that the latch doesn't close all the way on the stock. It gets about 4/5th of the way there and stops. It closes all the way off the gun but not on the gun.

I'll see if I can locate the charger for my camera battery and take some pictures. All in all, I'm very satisfied with the outcome.

I noticed on mine, that when you first slide it on you need to press down on the lever a bit. If you look at the close up of the lever I posted, it is angled slightly upward(The pic is upside down). Press down on it a bit while sliding the stock on. There is a wee bit of play there, but it flattens out that side of the locking mechanism enough to allow it to slide all the way up properly. You may not be all the way up the back of the lug and that is why it wont close all the way. It seems easier to do now that I have done it a dozen or so times. Some of the edges may bit rough until broken in a bit by use.

You know, I tried it on some of my other Lugers and it fits differently on all of them. The only one it fits perfectly on is the 1939 Nazi Mauser. It's sloppy as heck on the 1917 Erfurt shooter...

I was looking at the lug and I think it could stand to have just a hair taken out of the notch. I'm not going to go and grind on it, but that's clearly what it needs.

I took a look at the picture and description from Numrich on that holster. It is supposed to come with a mag pouch and straps, but it has neither. I'm going to call them tomorrow.

And if you want to check out the holster click on the link.

Artillery holster

I got mine and I'm very happy with it. For $45, you can't beat it.
