What is this magazine.

Here is a description of a magazine for sale. Anyone know anything about it? The picture with it is pretty useless.

Mag has an "M" (not in circle) and a "5" in a circle, also has "KK" and what looks like the number "4" in a circle
Wooden bottom on the mag has a "T" carved in it

Thanks for the reply. Do you think this would be considered "rare" or valuable? More so than an oridinary mag anyway?
