Erfort 7,65 rework'vankeinhoitolaitos'

Hi,
I am in the process of purchasing an Erfurt 7,65 rework with 'Vankeinhoitolaitos' (Prison service) stamped on the left side. There is also a 'key symbol' etched in the top of the chamber from where the year date was removed in the rework. The barrel is Tikkakoski.

Is this pistol collectable? The asking price is $600.
