Default Need machine tool......

Help.......can any one supply or direct me to a supplier??????? Need milling cutter .270 wide (or close) w/3/4 concave radius for milling flutes lengthwise on tubing, 1" abror, tool OD 2-3", we are cutting 4140.........

Default machine tool

I had long winded chat w/J L Industrial. They suggested they could have the tool made for me but the tone of the chat lead me to belive that cost might be prohibitive for a 2 job situation........
