Post Yet another mystery firearm..

Since the Gasser Montenegrin mystery was revealed.. (which was very impressing!)

It’s tempting to ask another question about a firearm of mine.. I have searched the internet, and only found this site; http://www.littlegun.be/arme%20belge...robar%20gb.htm

The pistol is from Belgium and look like this:


I got it for free along with a Luger I bought. The person who sold it claims that both the Luger and the Melior came from German soldiers surrendering in Norway in the end of WW2.
So.. my question is.. where Melior pistols common during WW2? And where was they used? Collection item?
