Bob Adam's Prototype...
Mr. Bob Adams shows a prototype Walther pistol that has a toggle-action...
Does anyone know about this unique gun ? http://www.adamsguns.com/walther.htm Regards, Pete... <img border="0" alt="[typing]" title="" src="graemlins/yltype.gif" /> |

Pete,
I know only one thing about it...its waaaay beyond my collecting specialty. Prototypes are a specialty field in themselves. Tend to be *very* pricey...and once you get into something like this as an area of specialization, you gotta be extremely patient. Not much activity...kinda like collecting signed original copies of the Declaration of Independence..not too many around; not too many people what gots 'em wants to sell 'em. Tom A |

Pete I may be mistaken, but I believe that I was saw a reference with this photo that said it was in the Dr. Rolf Gminder collection... perhaps someone else has more or different information.
Tacfoley may have some info, or maybe our friend Albert Beliard...
