"1923" Safe/Loaded
What would be a fair current price for a non-Stoger marked "1923" safe loaded 0.30 cal luger with Germany mark? Looks to retain original finish at 92-95%. Has no date with serial No. 90xxx something. These seem to be somewhat rare, but not too scarce. I just have not seen them often.

There are two or three on Simpson's site, you can get an idea of "high" retail there.

Thanks, I was looking at them there. Price varying on condition from $1,500 @75% blue/20% straw with a carved name in side, to $3,795 @95%/99%. A 80%/10% is listed for $1,795. A full rig at 97%/92% at $3600.........then a very nice official Stoger one at $13500.
Do you think Simpson's is 20% too high? |

I think of Simpson as being about 30% too high - one of the highest retail around but good rep
Commercial 30 luger is very common, a safe and loaded is fairly rare, I think I have only had one. Ed |
