Default Nikon/PC

Tom, try this....with the camera plugged in and on, go to Nikon View (I have it on my desktop), then to the toolbar to "tools", then "Launch Nikon Transfer".

Tom, another thing to try...

start by connecting the camera to the computer before you turn it on. And make sure that the lens cap is off when you turn the camera on... sometimes this sequence announces the presence of the camera to the computer's operating system....

and Oh Yeah... check your PM's for a message from me on another subject...
