looking for grips
I would like to get some new wood grips for my S/42 Mausers. I'm looking for something of good quality. Can anyone recomend a source? Do they require custom fitting? What's a good material to make them from?
thanks |

Nill Grips made from Walnut come from Germany, they have an outlet in Bandera Tx. They fit better than any other reproduction grip. They are meant to be fitted by removal of a small amount of wood at the very bottom of each grip so they fit your Luger really tightly.
Here is there website. They tell me that Luger grips are their biggest seller. CLICK HERE for Nills Luger Grips

You could also check with Hugh on this forum. He fixed me up with a set that look and fit just like the originals. Very nice.
