Default 1914 date Erfurt/matching mag/holster

All those who are collecting serial numbers: Here is a 1914 erfurt 4" with matching mag, holster and tool i recently purchased.

Nice looking rig. Are there any markings on the Luger's front grip strap?

The 1969 letter from Guns & Ammo has no real connection to this pistol. There isn't a serial number recorded in the letter linking it to your Erfurt Luger. Interesting to note that a Luger in "excellent condition" was considered to be worth about $120.00 at that time.
