Colt 1911 question
I am looking at buying a 1911, it has S12 on it for the 1918 date. It has had the US Property removed and its reblued and it has the wrong grips. It has the wrong hammer. The bbl is correct and in good condtion and the mag is correct two tone. Over all its in good condtion just not original. Seller is asking for 750. Is this a good price?

no, for what you describe it is closer to a $500 gun or even a bit less; property stamping off and a reblue...
A shooter for sure....

That 2 tone mag is worth a couple bucks though.
