Incredibly bad planning to have the Reno show the same weekend as the Tulsa show. Purely a coincidence, or??

I'll be wearing a disguise, I'm going to dress up as a redneck from Oklahoma. I will be with a couple of guys that look like Geroge Fortier and Hugh Clark.

How about a poll asking the members who are driving to give the distance they will have to drive. I am in south Louisiana; I will be driving about 700 miles.

If I drive, it is around 800 miles. But this time I have enough FFM so I am coming by plane.

I'm in OKC, about 90 miles. I can make it without having to stop and pee.

True story; I friend was parked in a shopping center parking lot waiting for his wife to finish shopping. The urge to pee was so great he picked up an empty water bottle and used it. BAD LUCK: a police officer happened to walk by and looked in the car. He ended up in jail.

I carry a pee bottle in my car. And have used it a couple of times.
No cops (or other people) have walked by though.

I tried that once with an empty 12oz beer bottle left in my car...Did you know that your body outputs more than a beer bottle can hold???

True story;
I was in my deer stand and hadn't seen anything all morning, about 9 am I HAD to pee, so stood up and opened the door and started peeing. While in the process an 8 pt walked up within 50 yds. I grabbed my rifle and shot him with it still hanging out my pants!

Hugh,
Are you sure that deer didn't just die laughing? Speaking of driving; I didn't want to use my wife's Grand Marquis and my compact truck is a bit to rough for a 700 mile trip. Plus it is manual transmission and not a favorite of my wife if I used her car. I logged onto priceline and then "name your own price". I bid $18.00 a day for a full size car. To my surprise my bid was accepted. My rental bill for a four day rental for an Impala; $98.86 including all taxes and fees. Mike C (MFC) and I are driving together, so each less than 50 bucks to use an almost new Impala with unlimited milage. Sounds like a deal to me. Mike |
