Flea markets
Last weekend we went for a drive in the countryside. We stop at a rundown fleamarket and my wife groans. I like talking to the old guys there. Never more than one or two cars there. Different people now, no fun banter or conversation. However, amisdt the junk there was a collection of militaria from WW 1&2 that was scattered about. German Ammo crates (empty), a couple of german civilian defence helmets without liners and some web gear. All at less than $25. Militaria is still out there! I paid $ 20 for two gyros w/ salad for lunch. Would rather of had helmets that could have had liners and such added and resold for % 300 +. My Daughter crawled around in the grass next to the parking laughing. Forget the profit, The roadtrip was great!

Nice Story... G.W. Didya ask the older guys if they had any Lugers? That could have some surprising answers...

John, Thanks. We had a great time. My kids first grass stains. As for asking about Lugers, I usually inquire only if the conversation permits.
