Help about my luger

I have a luger with gothic S/42 and type S here are the pictures.
I was found that it is made from 1934. year and can you help me with other information about my luger and how much can it cost today

Hunt

You have a rare Luger model, a K Date. There were less then 11,000 of them made in 1934. The letter K was used in place the year of manufacture.

In order to help determine an approximate value you will need to supply more information. re all the part numbers matching? Is the mag serial number matching. Condition of the bore?

What year is the holster? What is the red stuff in the chamber, etc?

More photos would be very helpful.

A keystone-K and a gothic-S...To say I've never seen either is an understatement...

Was this a one-year only combination of fonts???

(My wheel bearing grease is that red color)

A 'K' date, second variation. With mixed scriptic and gothic esses. Very nice! We need to see more. Close-ups of the proof marks on the right side of the chamber, magazine bottom, etc.

Looks to me like the red stuff is grease, and appears to be all over the interior.

The squirrely thing on the extractor appears to be a weakly struck scriptic 'S'.

If you can post more pictures, please take them in indirect natural light (outside in the shade) and use a tripod if possible. This helps autofocus cameras stabilize and gives a better rendition of the finish.

If this is in original finish and has good coverage, it's a rather valuable example of the first Lugers made by Mauser at the time Germany was hiding their weapons manufacture from the limitations imposed after WW-I. The "K" dates are most rare.

Many think that the "S" stamped on the pistol was intended to confuse these with those authorized for manufacture by Simson & Co. (the only ones permitted by the treaty).

If the brown that shows up in the photos is oxide rust, don't do anything with it until consulting those here.

Yes, please, more pics! Especially of the proofs, waffenamts, serials, any other marks...

I can vouch for that; I Searched for other K-dates like yours, and only found two...It's important that we safeguard Georg Luger's heritage...

Everything on my luger is original from 1934. All the paret numbers are matching on the luger.
Red stuff was original grease.

Magasine have the other number and the holster is with other number and year of manufacturing..
Barel is in good condition, not excellent but in good.
