Family's 1917 Artillery

Hi, like many threads here I have come here in search of info. My father who was an avid shooter has passed. He owned 2 Lugers that are now passed to my mother. She has asked me to get info and values on these and I am uneducated on the matter. I might try to purchase them from her but she has given me so much that I would like to pay her market value. If I can afford them of course.
Any info and or values on this would be greatly appreciated. From dads half hazard notes, god rest his sole. "1917 DWM artillery Luger". All serials seem to match except mag, which had no markings or serial. The proof I believe to be German military DWM 1914-1918. I also could not find any marks or numbers on the holster and tools, and it seems to have been repaired by a leather worker with about my skill level =none. Please let me know if I need more detailed photos of certain parts. I will post the other Commercial when i get the time.
