Hi George, et al. My DWM hat has lasted 9 years so far. I've noticed a little bit of fraying on the front edge of the bill...but yesterday I saw that it has developed a couple of threadbare holes in the top. I would not have guessed that the top of my bald pate was so abrasive as to cause such wear,, but it is what it is. Since I may not be the only Luger lover whose hat is wearing out, I'll ask two questions. 1) would anyone else be interested in a new one? 2) Will Mr. Anderson be so kind as to divulge the name and contact info for the enterprise he used? I would also explore the possibility of having DWM patches made for us, as Zorba mused. How many of those could we use? Cheers, David
