Re: Looks real good Mrs Thor!
This is the 1st one I did, # 2 is complete and if I ever get a digital camera I'll post it.
As for the name, how about I take ideas from the forum and pick one. Neil |

Neil, Do you have a scanner?
If you do, just lay the gun on the glass and cover it with a white cloth... scanners make very good quality images that can be posted here on the forum...

NEXT STEP AFTER SCAN @ 50 %?
John, What is the step by step procedure after the scan? I assume that you scan to e-mail, but what then? I have two Lugers that are worth sharing with the members of the Forum. Thanks for your help, Jay

NEXT STEP AFTER SCANNING ...
Neil,
I scan independently of email... just scan the image to a jpeg file and then manipulate the image to be what you want it to be in whatever graphics software you are comfortable with. Once you have it looking like you want it, then check the image filesize... if over 180K it won't work with the limit on the Forum's upload feature, so play with the image until you get it below 180K. Then upload and take the resulting URL and paste in in the appropriate space on your post "Optional Image URL:" and it will appear with your post. Any other problems, drop me an email and I'll see if I can assist. Could you please also send me the scans as attachments and I will take a look at what you are working with. Maybe I can make a suggestion on how to make them comform to the 180K limit. regards, John Sabato |
