Default Artilley accessory book

This book is all over E-bay at $25. Has anyone looked at it? Of course I'm not expecting a scholarly research study, but just how bad is it?

This book was started by Ed Sayer and George Anderson..Of the people on the Planet I don't know anyone more knowledgeable than these two. Ed unfortunately died and his Uncle took over the book and wouldn't allow Geroge to help him finish it. It could have been a GREAT book but as it is it's a good one. Well worth the money but there are quite a few mistakes in it that George would have filtered out but was unable to see the book untill it was published.
Stuff happens as they say.

Bob, George Anderson is the likely candidate for that chore..He went over them with me when the book first came out and they were mostly non life threatening really not having much to do with the Artillery stuff but more with the colored photo descriptions in the front of the book on other than Artillery pistols. Since it didn't involve Artillery items I didn't record them.

Default A really handy book

I bought it and I wound buying the 2 versions from a co-auther of the book and my favorite mentor, George Anderson. In the book I found the names of their prior owners years ago. Real nice to avoid getting stuck!!

I was in no way a coauthor of Ed Sayre's book. He came to visit on Saturdays and I went over his drafts with him and gave him some input. I also provided a number of the old photos and pieces in the book. Ed alone was the author and his uncle put the book in final form after Ed's death.
