1910 DWM with unit markings
Hello All !
I have a DWM 1910 with the following markings on the front grip strap . 1. H. 1. 16. Would I be correct in assuming that this is a Hussar pistole ? What would be the rarity index of this marking ? Thanx in advance for any help ! Shawn |

Thank you Ron !
Sorry I don't have the ability to post pics yet . But a fair description would be the pistol is about 85-90% w/ 60% straw , K bloc sn# , all matching except for wooden bottom clip .Bore is mint . Appears to have had very few (if any) rounds fired through it . I purchased the pistol about 5 years ago from a old family friend who runs a small antique store here in southern Illinois .The pistol came with a 1936 dated holster . Hope this dscript helps. The Luger that goes with my hat! I have long had an interest in the 1st Leib Hussars and have been looking high and low for a Luger marked to that unit. Congratulations on having found one! In the event you are able to come up with some pictures, it would be great. And, if you ever decide to part with it, I want to be first in line! (Please!)
The other Ron
