Ed,

I think you did great! Your M1922 is sort of a transitionary inspected/accepted pistol. You have apparently, a pistol that was accepted by two different waffenamt inspectors. The E/WaA103 which followed the E/WaA613 was also relatively a short lived inspection waffenamt. The E/WaA140 acceptance stamp is the most prevalent and covered the bulk of M1922 production. What is the serial or partial serial number? Also, what acceptance waffenamt is on the magazine? I have seen others with these two acceptance stamps and there are even a few with all three inspection stamps reported. For $275 you did very well! Now you just need a nice E/2 marked drop holster and spare mag for a complete (some say you need the belt) rig. Best, Lloyd in Vegas

the serial no is 471xx no prefix. I dont know what the acc mark is on the mag. I was told that there was an waffenamp on the spine of the mag. I bought a g date luger with extra mag and holster from a pwan shop on las vegas blvd. last nov. I met jeff who collected nazi badges. and plan to visit him when I go out this nov. love that town. Maybe because I dont gamble.
