BYF 41 grip question
Aquired a new to me BYF 41 P08. Very nice condition, with a matching mag. Everything "looks right". The only thing is I can't find any discernable markings inside the grip panels. Perhaps a VERY faint eagle on the left panel, but only under magnification, and a little faith that is what I'm seeing. So the question is... Should the grips ALWAYS be numbered/waffenampt on these pistols to be "correct"?

I can't speak to percentages, but no, absolutely not all grips were numbered on the later guns. Unless they have the wrong numbers, I'd feel very comfortable calling it matching.
