Post Model 1900 Safety Lever

Harry Jones in his book Luger Variations states that the flat cross hatching on the safety lever changed to a rounded cross hatching at serial number 7000. Does anyone know about what serial number it changed to vertical striations only? My AE 1900 serial 9595 has the rounded cross striations. Ron Wood should know this. Would appreciate feedback.

The first grooved (Type III), rather than short checkered (Type II), safety that I have record of is serial number 10151. The Type II and Type III safety is intermixed in production for a short period up until approximately serial number 10500.

Many thanks Johnny. That is consistant with my #9595 being type II.
