Default Sos

Spent Friday at SOS. Quite a few Lugers, the majority appeared to have had some "cosmetic enhancement." Not a beater in sight.

All in line with the ongoing price structure. High and higher. A fact of life that is not going to change.

Lots and lots of holsters. Only noticed one drum for sale, but easy to miss things at such a humongous event.

There is a gigantic gunshow in the same building today and a lot of the gunfolks are moving their tables there.

I'm here also. SOS was good as always. But I usually find my deals at NGD on Saturday. And I did. I've never seen a show as crowded as it was today. Wow.

People are trying to get their hands on guns just in case the democrats take over in Jan 09... and close the gunshow sales down. Get out the vote! Our rights are at stake.

He absolutely will. He'll just be more polite about it.

McCain is a democrat in sheep's clothing. What bothers me the most is that both the Republican party AND the NRA knew this long ago, yet they are content to keep their mouths shut and let us be suckered. I no longer trust either one.

What scares you? John McCain, or the idea that we have the same opinion? <big grin>

Reference what I am looking for..Been fooling with lugers about 50 years, now, have about 20 I have managed to hang on to.
I doubt I ever will buy another one from the current market.
I am an accumulator of original military pieces and wish I had stashed a couple of Navies.

One thing I noticed about most of the nice looking lugers at the show was that the strawed parts appeared significantly more white than gold. Biggest portion I saw were like that.
I would think they would've done a better job.

On McCain, it simply comes down to keeping Osama out of the White House. He may not be perfect, but he's a world apart from the Democrat.
