I am looking for a Mauser Artillary Commemorative made in the early 80s. I have a carbine and navy and would like to ad an artillary.

Hello Jim,
I have a big fan of Mauser Commemoratives and the Artillery Mauser made in 1985-86 is my favorite. In the picture is my LP08 with a few of accessories. In particular, note the engraved stock made for me by Mr. Werle. Please can you post some pictures of your Carbine and Navy.

Hi Mauro, I can send the pictures to you through email as I don't know how to put the pictures on this sight. How do you do that? My carbine is number 31von250 and it is cased with all accessories with test target and certificate from Mauser. My navy is number 6von250 and is the actual gun pictured in "Luger, The Multi-National Pistol", cased with accessories and letter from publisher complete with the proof pictures used for the book. Of interest, I also have a Martz baby luger and a target artillary engraved by E.C.Prudhomme. A beautiful piece. I also have a mint C93 Borchardt and a mint original 02 carbine.I also have the target luger that was featured in the 2002 Guns and Ammo Annual.

Mauro, I mean't to compliment you on your fine artillary rig. The stock is very nice. I am having a similar one made for a .45 Wyatt Luger.

I consumated the deal today for a Navy commerative; thought the price was OK and thought I needed to have the gun as the *end* of the Luger Navy story...also nabbed a K-date Navy RIG today!! It don't get much better than this..

ADMIN Note: You take the URL after you upload the picture and click on IMAGE on the right below email italics code list-item and then IMAGE, and then drop the URL in the block that pops up, this this makes it look like this:

You accidently dropped off part of the URL as it must have .jpg or .gif

Of course there would be NO spaces, if I didn't add a space then it would show up as a image.

Hi John, Thanks for the kind words. If I could figure out how to post my pictures, I would be happy to single out some nice individual and rare pieces. I have 20+ extremely nice lugers (some pictured in print) among my 200+ pistols. I started collecting when I was 11 years old, and am 61 now, so I have had a lot of time and luck to develop my collection to its' present state. Ed was kind enough to post the above picture for me. If you have a particular model interest, I would be happy to send pictures to you by email of any examples I might have (I can at leasts send pictures that way!)

Jim,

Use the pencil/paper icon above your post where Ed corrected your syntax and displayed your photo.

Examine the content of the post and you will see what is necessary to display photos.

I think that you should open a Member Gallery Album and create an individual sub-album for each piece in your collection... Help is available if you need it. Once you have done one, the rest will be easy...
