Last of the Luger group ambles out of town!

It's been a great week all the way thru....spent most of Tuesday afternoon with DOK ironing out pistol box ideas! It was great fun, and although his works of art need no improvement, he has some great ideas for future projects!! Thanks DOK, for the great afternoon!.......Wednesday evening was set aside for a whirlwind tour and supper with Bill & Linda Stanley! The whole evening was wonderful, and I can't help but feel, that some lifelong friendships were made! Bill & Linda treated I and Carol to an Outback steakhouse feast, and the rest of the evening was spent knocking around the east valley, with a stroll down Mill Ave (neat part of Tempe) as a final for the night (Cold Stone Ice Cream!!) We are tentatively making plans to visit them in the great northwest next year.....Oh yah, we did take a little bit about Lugers! till.....later....G.T.

And I *do* appreciate all the time you took with me, your help and friendship have been of an immense benefit to me. Having you as a mentor has kept me on track when often I've felt like quitting. Now thanks to you, this little turtle is almost "at the water".
