Help on P35 Radom
Don't know if this is the right place to ask my question or not. If it is not someone let me know.
I have a P35 Radom, 9mm. Left frame marked Eagle over 77. Left side E/77, E/Nazi symbol, E/WaA626 (I think 626). Under safety E/Something--cannot make out. Right frame SN F0706 with what looks like 2 eagles. Pistol is 95% blue and bore is very good. Anyone know the date it was made. If more info is needed please let me know. I am lost as to what type pistol this really is. Any and all help is greatly appreciated.

I do not have any books in front of me now but one of the most important details in dating these is if there is a hold open latch on the left side of the frame where the safety is located on a 1911. That seperates early war from late war models and is a good start. I do not know off hand what the cutoff date on this feature is.
These are neat funs and I wish I had the one I used to own. Steve |

Thank you for the fast reply.
Was the hold open latch on the early or later pistols? My Radom does not have the hold open latch.
