Default John Martz 45cal Lugers...

John Martz made 89 45cal conversions. There is one for sale inscribed "The Bandits", research has turned up nothing, Does anyone know how many were sold like this and why were they named the bandits.

Thanks,
Harry

I don't see why Bill would mind. It seems there were a couple in Minn. that were Luger collectors and they called themselves "The Bandits" and they had John Martz make them a Luger. Bill said they moved to Texas and that's the last he has heard from them.
I hope I got all that correct Bill.

Harry, a 45 Martz has been a dream since I read about them in Guns N Ammo back in the 70's

I'm looking for one as we speak. I have found 3 for sale. All I need now is to sell one of my cars, probably the Cadillac.

I'd be willing to trade my Corvette for a Borchardt...
