From the one picture it looks loose. The finish and color almost look like someone used shoe polish on it. May be just the lighting. Inside is very clean. Some type of wear spot on the lid? Actually not a bad looking holster. Is this yours or are you looking? Need our resident master Mr. Jerry to look at this. Bill

Aber meine Deutsch ist nicht gut.
I ran portions of the German word "Kripoangehoerige" through Google translate. "Kripo" = "Criminal Investigation Department", "ange" = "set"/"designation", Hörige = serf (German) ["hoerige" = "slutty" (Dutch)] Makes me think it was issued to women who were detectives or cadets. With the shoulder strap, it looks more like a purse than anything else!
