Default Artillery Luger Rear Sight Parts

I recently purchased a 1917 DWM Artillery Luger with a fine tune rear sight which is missing the elevator assembly and associated parts, plus the screw which holds the entire sight assembly in place. Can anyone help me locate the parts which I need to restore the sight or help me to locate a complete rear sight assembly ( preferably with the digits "10", if possible)? Can anyone remark about the quality and appearance of the rear sight assemblies sold by SARCO,Inc.? Thanks for your help and God Bless America in these troubled days and the days to come!!!

Jack, I can supply the set screw, push button & spring, but not the elevator itself. I doubt that Sarco sells these separately either.
