Looks like homemade to me. The screw isn't square to the body of the tool.

Hello,
Thank you for your honest opinion. This tool is found in Finland, so there is a small maybe, it can be armoury made, but this is small maybe. But it look´s like no one has seen this type before, so homemade it is. |
