Someone is offering me a double digit 1936 Kreighoof Luger, with two matching serial number magazines in very very good condition for $4200 and original s42's NO matching magazines (he will sell two of them though) the original key AND an original Nazi leather case for $2200

Very hard to tell without seeing them. Condition is one of the two major factors. Rarity of model and variation is another. A much more detailed description would be required before any intelligent feedback would be possible.

Here in Colorado Springs there is a Krieghoff 1936 date (4-digit) with two original matched E/2 magazines, a non-E/2 1936 holster in good condition and a repro tool. 94-95% finish on pistol (perhaps a bit more or less as my judgment is based on wear on the muzzle and barrel side--some white shows). Asking price is $3600 and the local top luger collector has passed due to perceived high price. Last week he sold a K-date s/n 1500 with two original matched mags, 1934 holster and tool for $4150. Same local collector passed as thought WAY too high but another local collector bought it.
