Post Nazi suit?

This one slipped right past me a few months ago. Wonder if I can track it and update it?

[quote] FREE SPEECH ON THE INTERNET THREATENED: FRENCH CRIMINAL COURT TO TRY YAHOO AND ITS FORMER CEO

A French court will meet May 7 to set a trial date for Yahoo and former Yahoo CEO Timothy Koogle for auctioning Nazi material on Yahoo's Web site.
It is illegal under French law to exhibit or sell objects with racist overtones. Although Yahoo's French portal does not auction Nazi materials, French surfters could buy Nazi books, daggers, SS badges, and other items on Yahoo's U.S. auction site.

Under the criminal charges, Koogle faces a maximum sentence of five years and a $39,800 fine.
